Taylor Lewanand his wife, Taylin Lewan (née Gallacher), had a whirlwind romance.The NFLplayer and former model first met in February 2016 — and got engaged a month after meeting each other.
“I met him once in passing because I met his mom first. And I met him, and she was like, ‘Don’t talk to my son. He’ll fall in love with you.’ And I was like, ‘Okay, no problem,’ ” Taylin shared on theOut of Boundspodcastin 2022.
She continued, “Right before I was about to move to L.A., I got into one conversation with him, and then he followed me out there. If Taylor wants something, he’s gonna get it.”
The couple married in April 2016 but waited to announce the news until later that summer in July. The following year, Taylor and Taylin welcomed their first child, a daughter named Wynne. They expanded their family again with another daughter, Willow, born in July 2019.
TheBussin' With The Boysco-host shared his feelings about Taylin in a 2023 interview with hisformer NFL team, theTennessee Titans. “I have a wife that is truly incredible, puts up with my b——- on a daily basis, and loves me for it,” he said.

Taylin is originally from Kelowna-Lake Country in British Columbia, Canada. Throughout the years, she has taken her husband and their children ontrips to visit beautiful sightsin her home country, includinggoing camping.
Meanwhile, when she’s stateside, Taylin shows off her pride of being from the Great White North in different ways, like wearing a Canadian tuxedo to"represent" her “heritage.”
She’s a former model

On theOut of Boundspodcast, Taylin revealed that while living in Florida, she was scouted for modeling “at 17 or 18.” She recalled thinking that she would see where the profession would take her, which included her shooting editorials for brands likeCalvin Klein.
The Canadian has sharedseveral photosfrom her modeling days on Instagram all the wayback to 2015.
Still, it wasn’t her passion. She shared onOut of Boundsthat she “had a hard time” in the modeling industry and hoped it would be a stepping stone to another path.
“I was like, ‘It’s gotta lead into something else, there’s a different calling I have to have,’ " Taylin said. Around this time, at age 20, she met Taylor — but it was almost a missed connection.
Shortly after crossing paths, she was about to sign a modeling contract in Los Angeles, and Taylor followed her west.

Speaking onOut of Bounds, Taylin revealed that she met Taylor in February 2016. The NFL player later explained onhis Instagramhe started to get to know her 10 days before Valentine’s Day in 2016. At the time, he was in Arizona while she lived in Nashville.
“You were going back to Nashville and I was so scared if you would even come back,” he captioned a black-and-white photo of them. “2 weeks later you came back to AZ and we got engaged, I love you so much.”
According to Taylin, she only knew Taylor forfive weeksbefore he proposed to her.
They eloped in April 2016

Taylin addedthat they decided to get married “three days before.” The following day, she posted the first photo with her now-husbandon her Instagram, in which the two shared a kiss at their wedding.
Three months later, Taylor and Taylin announced their engagement in separate social media posts but stopped short of sharing that they were already husband and wife.
The athleteposted a photoof Taylin playfully putting her hand over his mouth with her diamond ring front and center. He revealed that he didn’t believe in “love at first sight” until he met her. Taylor shared how, although they had only been together for a short time, she had significantly impacted him.
“She is truly the most beautiful, strong, kind hearted woman I have ever met in my life and I’m going to work every day to make sure she is the happiest woman in the world,” he wrote.
Taylin also celebrated the happy news alongsidea photoof Taylor kissing her hand, writing, “This guy stopped me dead in my tracks and has shown me what a man is capable of."

Taylin is an animal lover, a passion that began with her dog,Akira, whom she has had since 2012.
She’s also expressed her appreciation ofskunks,mule deer,monkeysandlambson her Instagram. The former model frequently posts updates about her family’s farm, which has “13 chickens, 3 ducks, one bunny,3 horsesand 3 dogs.”
OnOut of Bounds, Taylor shared that she went to South America to film a documentary on animal trafficking. “I’ve always had a heart for things that don’t have a voice,” she said.
