Eric Churchknows how to poke fun at his friendMorgan Wallen.
As fans may remember, Wallen was arrested on Sunday, April 7, 2024, forallegedly throwing a chair off the top floor of Rodney Scott’s Whole Hog BBQ, a rooftoprestaurant on the music venue’s top floor.
The incident inspired the creation of the new menu item, “The Chair.” According to a photo of the new menu item included in the TikTok clip, the drink is made up of Smirnoff raspberry vodka, raspberry liqueur, lemonade and a splash of soda.

It is served in a red cup with a miniature folding chair hanging out of it. According toCountry Chord, the drink is priced at $19.
The drink is all in fun asChurch and Wallen are friends and collaborators. Less than a week after Wallen’s arrest, their collaboration, “Man Made a Bar,” reached the top slot on theBillboardCountry Airplay chart.

During that time, Chief’s on Broadway alsoupdated its marquee with a reference to the incident, writing, “OUR PIGS FLY OUR CHAIRS DON’T.”

In December, Wallen appeared in court and was sentenced toone week of incarceration, to be served at a DUI education center, as well as two years probation (one year for each of his misdemeanor charges for reckless endangerment). The country music star was also ordered to pay a $350 fine and court fees.

“Mr. Wallen has cooperated fully with authorities throughout these last eight months, directly communicating and apologizing to all involved,” his statement said. “Mr. Wallen remains committed to making a positive impact through his music and foundation.”
