The original series won multiple Emmys and a Peabody prize , so presumably its basic assumption — in which a daydream dog name Wishbone imagines himself into classical report , include Oliver Twist , Faust , Frankenstein , multiple Shakespeare and Sherlock Holmes tales , The Odyssey , a serial of African American folk tale , and The Count of Monte Cristo , to name but a few — won’t commute too much .
