The pop superstar, 30, announced that she will be releasing her first new solo music in three years with her upcoming single — titled “Yes, And?” — which is set for release on Jan. 12.

Grande revealed news of the track on Instagram Sunday. “yes, and? ♡ 1.12,” the singer captioned a photo of herself in red lipstick, which appears to be the artwork for the soon-to-be-released project.

The musician, who also shared a pre-save link and news of a physical CD on herSweetenerInstagram page, released her most recent studio albumPositionsin 2020. The album’s deluxe version came out in January 2021.

Grande has yet to release music of her own sincePositions, but she has appeared on multiple singles, including a 2021 track withKid Cudion theDon’t Look Upsoundtrack, aremix ofThe Weeknd’sAfter Hourshit “Save Your Tears” in 2021 and a2023 remix of hisStarboytrack “Die For You.”

She has also joined Jimmy Fallon and Megan Thee Stallion for2021’s “It Was a… (Masked Christmas),“and Kelly Clarkson for 2021’s"Santa, Can’t You Hear Me.”

Back in August, Grande celebrated the10th anniversaryof her debut albumYours Trulywith an album reissue featuring new live recordings.

Grande’s focus in recent years has been on both herREM Beauty brandand her role in theupcoming movie adaptation ofWicked, in which she plays Glinda the Good Witch.

In December, the singer-songwriterexpressed her overall gratitudefor 2023, which she described as “one of the most transformative, most challenging, and yet happiest and most special years of my life.”

Grande also updated fans on the process behind her seventh studio album last month, sharing a photo dump on Instagram that included a clip of hertaking a snoozeon a studio couch. In the clip, Grande curled up as a collaborator asked her about her mindset during “almost the last day of this album.”

As she explained at the time, she was “so tired but so happy and grateful.”

In the post itself, Grande tagged herreportednew manager Brandon Creed and a few music collaborators, including producer Ilya Salmanzadeh, who previously worked with her on tracks such as “No Tears Left to Cry,” “Problem” and “Side to Side.”

“See you next year ♡,” Grande captioned the post.

“Yes, And?” will be available to purchase and stream on Jan. 12.
