Yesterday we got a brief vexer of Sentinel ’s latest Iron Man ‘ Re : Edit ’ frame , alongside their snazzy upcoming Hulkbuster toy – but now the company has released a full set of picture testify off the Extremis Iron Man figure , and it ’s looking rather mythical . And glowy ! Very glowy .

The 18 cm figure is base on the Extremis armour from the comics , which is a bit more angular than some of the more traditionally smoothed - border Iron Man suits of the modern era , but Sentinel ’s plaything really plays up the angular edge on things like the chest and Iron Man ’s helmet . It might not be as smooth - lined a suit of clothes as their Bleeding Edge shape , but it ’s still quite a beauty .
Also , articulated enough that Iron Man can be posh as netherworld , judging by this splendid ‘ Are you not think about ? ’ beat he ’s cutting .
Not only do Iron Man ’s eyes and arc reactor light up , the figure also comes with a variety of hands and fists to pose the character reference naturally , quick to struggle or mid trajectory , thanks to the standpoint that play along it :
Alas , such a gorgeous shape does not total inexpensively – by which I mean , holy crap , when the Re : Edit Extremis hit stores in May , it ’ll set you back $ 170 . That ’s a lot , especially for a smaller than 1:6 scale figure . But it is pretty . So pretty .
