Moon directorDuncan Joneshas released the first construct persona for his next task , futuristic thriller Mute , giving us a foretaste of his Bladerunner - inspired Berlin .
Mute center around the disappearance of a young woman , and her partner , a mute bartender , who must face Berlin ’s gangsters to feel out what happened to her . We spoke to Jones earlier this summertime about the setting for Muteand why he ’s had Bladerunner in mind when retrace his future Berlin :

The only ground that I name Blade Runner is because there ’s something about that special film , where they really created a believable and realistic endure breathing futurist earth . For all of the other films that have tried to do that I do n’t conceive anything has arrive as exit the path Blade Runner has to make something believable .
